The 2,700-square-foot villa is located in the middle of a 0.25-acre tropical garden overhanging the ocean with an access to a small private white sand beach where it is not rare to cross turtles that come to lay.

Costa Rica is the country where the animals are still in paradise. You can admire, from your infinity swimming pool while sipping a piña colada, whales, birds or squirrels and be awaked by the monkeys howlers or the iguanas that elected residence in the neighborhoods.

The house also constitutes the perfect starting point to leave for a tour and discover other attraction points of Costa Rica like the Rincon de la Vieja volcano, Rio Celeste and obviously the splendid beaches of the Pacific Coast. You will also be able to be initiated to the joys of surfing, diving, kayaking, horseback riding, fishing, without forgetting the famous hammock…
