The living area is a huge atrium with a stainless steel bridge linking the two sides of the second floor above.

The first floor has two master suite with two bathrooms, inside and outside showers, and library with computer, Wi-Fi, and books. The media area has television and DVD player. The dining area features a long trestle table seating ten to people. The kitchen offers Sub-Zero refrigerator, extra fridge, DCS stove, granite countertops, wine cooler, and dishwasher.

On the same level as the first floor is the pool deck which overlooks the ocean. It features an infinity-edge swimming pool, deck chairs, loungers, a table, and grill. Monkeys and birds visit the pool on a regular basis. On the lower level is a gym and ping-pong room.

There are five wonderfully-sized bedrooms with three king size and two queen size beds. On the second level of the villa the bedrooms have spectacular views of the ocean and the surf break at Playa Negra from a wrap-around teak deck.

This property is ideal to enjoy incredible views of the ocean and a direct access to the beach!

It is also a perfect property for surfers. This vacation rental features fantastic, close up views of the Playa Negra surf break, one of Costa Rica's best waves.

The daily maid service is offered and, for an extra fee, the services of a cook can be organized. There are supermarkets nearby in Tamarindo and local markets in Playa Negra.

The property is only 35 minutes from Tamarindo and an hour and fifteen minutes from the International Airport in Liberia, the second airport of Costa Rica.
