The house offers all comforts for 4 adults and 2 children. It comprises 2 bedrooms, a living room with flat-screen TV and DVD player, large and comfortable sofas, a 6 person dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.

The covered terrace in front of the swimming pool comprises a large table with a gas BBQ and a hammock space to dream in front of the sea.

The two bedrooms have king size beds and one of them also offers additional auxiliary beds.

Each room has air-conditioning and a own bathroom.

You get WIFI everywhere in the house… or even in the swimming pool!

You also have a direct and private access to the beach.

This charming villa is located at Junquillal, in Guanacaste, the province with the most pleasant climate of all Costa Rica, and only 4 minutes away from the famous surfing spot of Playa Negra.

Several people are available to cook for you, to transport you or even making shopping for you.

You will be welcomed by a manager (speaking English, French and Spanish). If needed he will be at your entire disposal.
